Terms of Use

1. Agreement

By installing or using Dashboards Rich Filters ("the App") you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms") between you and elolin ("we", "us"). If you do not agree, do not install or use the App. Your use is also governed by the Atlassian Marketplace Terms of Use; in case of conflict, Atlassian's terms prevail for matters relating to the Atlassian platform.

2. License

Subject to these Terms and payment of any applicable fees through Atlassian Marketplace, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use the App on your authorized Atlassian Jira Cloud site. You must not reverse engineer, copy, redistribute, resell or sublicense the App, or use it in violation of any law or third-party right. All intellectual-property rights in the App remain with elolin.

3. Subscription, Free Trial & Free Tier

Pricing tiers are published on our Atlassian Marketplace app listing, which is the authoritative source. The App is permanently free for sites with up to 10 users; paid tiers begin above 10 users. A 30-day free trial is automatically applied by Atlassian. All payments, refunds, taxes and currency conversion are handled by Atlassian — we do not collect any payment information.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF DATA OR ANALYTICS OUTPUT. The KPIs, charts and risk indicators produced by the App are for informational purposes only; you are solely responsible for any business decision based on them.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

• (a) elolin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, nor for loss of profits, revenue, business, data, goodwill or anticipated savings, regardless of the legal theory.
• (b) elolin's total cumulative liability shall not exceed the lesser of (i) the fees actually paid by you for the App during the three (3) months preceding the claim, or (ii) USD 100.
• (c) Where the App is provided to you free of charge (free tier of up to 10 users, or during the 30-day free trial), elolin shall have no liability of any kind.
• (d) elolin is not liable for events outside its reasonable control, including outages of the Atlassian Cloud or Forge platforms.
• (e) Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations; in those jurisdictions our liability is limited to the smallest amount permitted by law.

6. Privacy & Data

Our handling of data is described in the Privacy Policy. The App does not store your Jira issue data; all processing occurs within Atlassian's infrastructure (Forge).

7. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your Jira site. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or as required by law. Sections 2 (License — IP portion), 4 (Disclaimer), 5 (Limitation of Liability) and 8 (Governing Law) survive termination.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which elolin is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in that location, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual-property rights. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under your local law.

9. Changes & Contact
