Privacy Policy

Last Updated: May 15, 2026

Summary: Dashboards Rich Filters reads Jira data only in-memory to render dashboards. We do not store your Jira issues, users, or any personal data on our infrastructure. The only thing we persist is a single anonymous installation timestamp used for trial bookkeeping.

1. Who We Are

elolin ("we", "us") publishes Dashboards Rich Filters ("the App") for Atlassian Jira Cloud through the Atlassian Marketplace. This policy covers what data the App processes, how, and your rights. Atlassian Pty Ltd hosts the App and acts as a sub-processor; their Privacy Policy applies in parallel.

2. Data We Access (read-only, in-memory)

To render dashboards, the App calls the Atlassian REST API with these read-only scopes: read:jira-work, read:jira-user. This lets us read project, issue, user, sprint, board, component, version and webhook metadata that you can already see in Jira. Data is processed only in memory during a request and is never persisted by us.

3. Data We Store

The only data we persist in our backend (Atlassian Forge KVS, hosted on Atlassian infrastructure) is:

This record is automatically deleted by Atlassian when you uninstall the App.

4. Data We Do NOT Collect

5. Data Location & Retention

All processing happens within Atlassian's cloud regions; no data leaves Atlassian's infrastructure. The only stored item (the install timestamp) is retained until you uninstall the App, after which Atlassian removes it automatically.

6. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Because we do not store personal data, most data-subject requests (access, deletion, portability) are not applicable to us. To delete the only record we hold, simply uninstall the App. For requests relating to Jira data itself, please contact Atlassian, who is the data controller for Jira content. You may also email us at dev.elolin@gmail.com.

7. Security & Subprocessors

The App runs entirely on the Atlassian Forge platform — a sandboxed runtime that Atlassian operates with industry-standard security controls (see Atlassian Trust Center). All traffic uses HTTPS. Atlassian Pty Ltd is our only subprocessor — we do not use any analytics SDK, error-tracking SaaS, CDN or payment processor.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for business use and is not directed at children under 16.

9. Changes & Contact

We may update this policy; the "Last Updated" date above always reflects the current version. Material changes will be communicated via the Atlassian Marketplace listing. Questions? Email dev.elolin@gmail.com or visit our Atlassian Marketplace vendor page.
