How do I install Dashboards Rich Filters?
  1. Go to the Atlassian Marketplace
  2. Click "Get it now" or "Try it free"
  3. Select your Jira Cloud site
  4. Confirm the installation
  5. Navigate to any Jira Dashboard and add the gadget
What permissions does the app need?

The app requires these read-only permissions:

  • read:jira-work - To read issues and display statistics
  • read:jira-user - To populate the assignee filter
  • read:sprint:jira-software - For sprint filtering

We do NOT write or store any data.

How do I enable Demo Mode?

Click the "Demo" toggle button in the gadget header. All sensitive data will be masked with placeholder values - perfect for presentations.

How is the Health Score calculated?
  • Completion Rate (40%) - Issues marked as Done
  • Overdue Ratio (25%) - Issues past due date
  • Blocked Issues (20%) - Issues in blocked status
  • Unassigned Tasks (15%) - Issues without assignee
How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Atlassian Admin > Manage apps > Find Dashboards Rich Filters > Cancel subscription.

Troubleshooting

Gadget not loading

Try refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache.

No data showing

Ensure you have selected at least one project in the filters and have permission to view it.

Permission errors

Contact your Jira administrator to verify your project permissions.
